1. Age Requirement

By completing a purchase you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. M10EDC reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
2. Geographic Restrictions
Our products may not be available for sale in all jurisdictions. Certain U.S. states and international regions restrict or prohibit the sale and shipment of our products. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that ordering our products is legal in your jurisdiction before placing an order. Orders placed to restricted jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded. M10EDC is not liable for any consequences arising from orders placed in violation of local laws.
3. Products
All products sold on m10edc.com are premium handcrafted EDC hardware manufactured by M10EDC. Products are sold for lawful use only in the purchaser's jurisdiction. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the final product due to the handcrafted nature of our goods. M10EDC reserves the right to modify product specifications without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. M10EDC accepts payment via major credit cards processed through Clover via WeeConnectPay. By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are subject to verification and approval.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. M10EDC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped. M10EDC may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or geographic restrictions, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping
Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. M10EDC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. All sales are final on opened or used products. M10EDC does not accept returns on products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on m10edc.com including but not limited to the M10EDC name, logos, product designs, photographs, and text are the intellectual property of M10EDC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M10EDC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in such cases liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are sold as described. M10EDC makes no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Products are provided for lawful use only. M10EDC disclaims all liability for misuse of products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you are purchasing from the United States or internationally, you consent to jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
M10EDC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
