One Person. One Standard.

It started in my grandparents’ basement in 2015.

I didn’t have a polished business plan or a clear picture of what it would become. I just knew I liked building things, understanding how they worked, and finding ways to make them better.

I sold my dirt bike to fund the parts for my first CNC machine and built it myself. Not long after, I dropped out of college and started teaching myself the skills I needed as I went — machining, design, electronics, manufacturing, finishing, and all the problem-solving that comes with trying to build something from the ground up.

What started as curiosity slowly became a much bigger pursuit.

Every new problem led to another skill. Every limitation pushed me to learn a new process, build another machine, or rethink the way I was doing something. Over time, that constant cycle of learning and refining became the foundation of the work.

More than a decade later, that mindset is still at the core of M10EDC.

A lot has changed since those early days in the basement, but the way I approach the work hasn’t. Much of the process is still done in-house, from machining and material development to finishing and assembly, with the same hands-on approach that started it all.

There have been plenty of mistakes, failed ideas, rebuilt processes, and lessons learned along the way. That has always been part of the process. The goal has never been perfection for the sake of saying something is perfect. It has been to stay curious, keep improving, and never get too comfortable with “good enough.”

M10EDC is really just the continuation of that mindset — building, learning, refining, and trying to do the next one a little better than the last.
